Jagodina releases public call for facility construction in Industrial zone

The City is providing land in Industrial zone "Jagodina" on 150 ha and the size of lot is defined by an investor – renter depending on needs.

Land is provided without a fee provided that there is construction of industrial facilities and employment of a number of employees, depending on size and subject of investment. Commitment of an investor is to start building 6 months latest after signing the contract and the facility construction must start 2 years a s of the contract signing latest. Banking guarantee totaling EUR 300 is obligatory per ar of land.

The City of Jagodina will build the following infrastructure in the Industrial zone – electrical and energy facilities, water and sewerage supply system, gasification as well as telecommunications facilities.

Public call was released February 1, 2016 and will last for 30 days as of the day of publication and the commission will for every submitted request decide within 10 days as of the day of application.
