Construction of Crowne Plaza Hotel kicks off in Novi Sad - Opening in 2016

The new hotel will operate according to a franchise agreement signed with Plaza AGNS d.o.o. Novi Sad.

A hotel with 144 rooms, which is planned to open in 2016, will be situated in the heart of the business center of Novi Sad, only few minutes of walk away from the historical center of the city where guests can explore its characteristic architecture from the 18th century, visit the Petrovaradin fortress, get familiar with a number of magnificent religious buildings or tour the nearby vineyards and gastronomic destinations. This new facility, in addition to the existing Crowne Plaza in Belgrade, represents a gesture of further harmonization with the strategy of IHG - which calls for the expansion of presence of this trademark in increasingly dynamic business centers - for the purpose of creating desired conditions for the development of business travel services.

Crowne Plaza Novi Sad will present a series of features that are suitable for the organization of business events and meetings, including five meeting rooms and two additional halls for the meetings of managing boards. Guests will also be able to enjoy the rich menu of the hotel restaurant or relax at the hotel bar in the hotel belvedere with the brilliant panoramic view of the city.

Crowne Plaza Novi Sad Hotel will also feature its own authentic lounge club and spa and fitness center with the world-class top equipment – situated on the very roof of the hotel, which all together represents a great opportunity to relax while on a business trip or a pleasant weekend getaway.
