Eyemaxx Real Estate continues to invest in Stara Pazova - Logistics center to get additional 30,000 square meters in 2016

Eyemaxx Real Estate resumes the construction of logistics center in Stara Pazova. As people at this company explained, with the construction of additional 7,000 square meters, which has just commenced, the first hall within the complex Log Centar Beograd will be completed. This stage of construction is expected to be finished by the end of January 2016.

Eyemaxx Real Estate also announces that late March of early April 2016 will see the start of construction of the second hall with a total surface area of 30,000 square meters. This space will be ready for new tenants in late 2016.

The current useful surface area of the logistics center is 10,580 square meters, and this space is already occupied by DB Schenker, Iron Mountain, and Meridijan sped.
