"Totally Holiday" paid 29.1m EUR for bombed complex of Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs

New owner of the building of former Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, which was damaged during NATO bombing in 1999, is company "Totally Holiday" that deposited 29.1m EUR on the account of the National Bank of Serbia the day before the expiration of the agreed deadline. This has been confirmed by the Manager of the Directorate for Property, Srboljub Panić.

He added that, after four tenders, the building in Kneza Miloša Street had finally obtained the new owner.

On the occasion of the signing of the sales contract, representatives of company "Totally Holiday" said that high-category hotel with shopping mall would be built on that location.
