Executor is selling Grand hotel in Nis - Initial price totals RSD 181 m

The Grand hotel at the center of Nis which has been renovated a few years ago, is at the list of an executor, Zarko Dimitrijevic who announced its sale with the initial price of RSD 181 m.

This executor’s office could not communicate to journalists of Juzne vesti the amount of debt for which this modern hotel ended at the sale list since, as explained, we have not been the party in process

Still, it is certain that the second auction is scheduled for Septemebr 10 since, as confirmed at the office, the first one failed and the hotel is estimated at RSD 605 m.

Planned initial price at the second auction is a bit higher than RSD 181 m and all the interested ones should pay a deposit of RSD 60,5 before coming to the public auction.

It’s been time since the Grand hotel has also been sold by his owner, Srba Ilic together with other hotels of former Srbijaturist which he acquired ten years ago. None of the offered hotels, expect from Grand, does not work and their prices are not available at website.

The Grand hotel was renovated in 2013, it is located in the center of Nis and has four stars. It has 120 luxurious rooms and suites, two large conference halls and a restaurant.
