In a small industry in Ugrinovci, construction of 9 logistic centers on 28 ha was planned.
The urban project, developed by Urbicus, has been on public inspection until April 13 this year.
Velicka Mitova and Goran Mladenovic are the owners of one of the lots and co-owners in Travel House doo, Gonex Invest Hotels doo and Dertour which belongs to REWE Group, a big German group in the field of tourism and trade. Their plans are to build a logistic-office center with their German partners which would be the basis for business development in Serbia and the region.All warehouses could be built on the lot of 28 ha, 5 a and 69 m2, while facilities will occupy 8 ha and 19 a. These facilities objectively could employ 3.000 people.
Individual warehouses should occupy from 2.787 m2 to 16,5 thousand square meters. The biggest two warehouses would be built by investors Logistic team Sekulic DOO from Ugrinovci (13.403 m2) and Koumbas Sinergy" AD from Belgrade (16.567 m2).

are Kapa Land" DOO Belgrade, "KENDY LTD" d.o.o. Banja Luka at the
lot owned by Svetlana Lukovac, Interrclean doo Batajnica at the lot of Mladen Kalanja, then lawyers Milorad Pavlovic
from Belgrade, SLAVIJACOOP d.o.o. Novi Sad, as well as private entrepreneur
Ratko Mlađenovic from Belgrade.
