New Israeli investment in the center of Belgrade - Start of construction of "Central Garden" officially opened, planned investment of EUR 120 m

The official ceremony for opening the start of construction of the first condomium in the center of Belgrade called "Central Garden" was held at the official hall of the Assembly of the City of Belgrade. New Israeli investment in residential and business complex in Palilula totals EUR 120 m and promotes unique concept of life in the city center.

AFI Europe which designed the "Airport City" in Belgrade and "Shikun & Binui Group" renowned Israeli investor outline investment safety of future residents of this complex. More than 300 notable guests, from representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the City of Belgrade, famous domestic and foreign businessmen, guest from business world, managers and media editors had the chance to meet the project which promotes a new, modern, concept of life in the center of the city.

The complex occupies 100.000 m2 and 500 residential units with underground parking space, retail area in the ground floor for numerous service activities and a business tower.

Gili Dekel, head of companies of project investor, "Central Garden" said:

-We want to position "Central Garden", our extraordinary new facility, as the leading residential project in the region. The advantage of investing in the real estate is that 97% of investment stays here in Serbia and provides hundreds of vacancies and thus we contribute to local economy and we are very proud of it!.

Zeljko Sertic, the minister of trade at the Government of Serbia addressed the attendees and said that on behalf of the Prime Minister, Aleksandra Vucic and all members of the Government of Serbia, he thanks to the partners of the project and congratulated them for “making their dreams and visions come true in Belgrade”.

The host of the event, Sinisa Mali, the mayor of Belgrade, addressed the guests and said that the project has been completely fit in the vision of modern Belgrade.

- I believe the project is important example of better, more convenient business environment in Belgrade. We will try to be even better host since these investments are essential to us and our city. I would like to thank to Gili Dekel for his wish to implement this project in Belgrade – Sinisa Mali concluded.

Residential and business complex "Central Garden" will become a new oasis for life of all residents of all generations which will enrich the old spirit of Belgrade.
