18 military facilities in Serbia under hammer for EUR 13 m

The Army of Serbia released a public call for the sale of 18 real estate facilities Serbia-wide , and the total price of all facilities gets to EUR 13 m. The complexes offered to potential buyers are in Stara Pazova, Takovo, Sombor, Novi Sad, Pozarevac, Boljevac.

The most expensive facility is in Uzice and the initial Gorjani complex comprising 11 units costs EUR 4,8 m. The Club of army in Sombor costs EUR 2 mil while it is necessary to set aside EUR 15.454 respectively for Kacarevo in Pancevo and Supovski most.

Deadline for submission of offer is December 19.
