They offer to investors 140 ha on the outskirts of Belgrade - Rakovica at bypass project would revive industry of city municipality

Rakovica will try to use its good position and the fact that it is intersected with important main and international roads. We will try to use these options with the development of the Rakovica at bypass project, Vladan Kocic, president of city municipality Rakovica said for “ Privredni pregled".

Namely, Rakovica is planning to offer investors 140 ha at bypass, for SMEs development.

- With the implementation of the "Rakovica at bypass “project, conditions for the arrival of investors in different fields, especially transport and services, will be created – Kocic said.

President of the Rakovica municipality said there are plans also for some former industrial giants.

Vladan Kocic said for "Privredni pregled" there is a large interest of Lidl company to open a facility in Rakovica.
