Branko Greganovic, Advisor to the CEO Istrabenz Holding Company, Slovenia
Branko Greganovic joined Istrabenz Holding Company in 2006 to oversee the holding's biggest single investment: Droga Kolinska Group, one of the leading food and beverage groups in the countries of former Yugoslavia. Mr. Greganović serves as a Vice-Chairman of the Droga Kolinska's Supervisory Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the companies Grand Prom and Soko Štark.
From 2001 to 2006 Mr. Greganovič held a position of the Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at a regional M&A and brokerage firm Publikum. There, he worked on a series of M&A transactions in the countries of the former Yugoslavia for a number of international and local clients, including transactions that set up the DK Group. Before 2001, Mr. Greganović held management positions with Societe Generale Bank, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia and Bank of Slovenia.
Mr. Greganović holds a masters degree in Management from the London Business School (Sloan Fellowship), University of London, United Kingdom, a masters degree in Economics from the School of Economics of the University of Ljubljana, as well as a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Maribor.
