AMIC Group acquires Lukoil gas stations in Ukraine

According to the agreement, Lukoil sells to AMIC Group its daughter company with 240 gas stations and six oil derivatives warehouses.
Business step will be, as it was announced, finalized after the Ukrainian authorities approve it.
The acquisition of Lukoil Ukrajina CFI is strategically important step for AMIC investment portfolio in middle and east Europe, General Manager at Austrian company, Gunter Mayer, estimated.
