Slovenia flowed by Serbia with the most quality service

A customer in Slovenia will get the best service and after that a customer in Serbia while according to the Heraklea agency research, in cooperation with other secret shoppers agencies, Bosnia and Herzegovina rank the last.

As Seebiz portal reports, mystery shoppers visited 800 different shops such as car saloons, banks, gas stations, retail shops, supermarkets, telecommunication companies shops, tourist-catering facilities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia.

Slovenia ranks the first with the result of 75% and Serbia follows with 73%. Croatia went down to the third place with 76% last year to 70% this year. Bosnia and Herzegovina with 66% ranks the last.

Slovenia ranks the first in almost all categories, apart from categories of greeting the customer and defining customer’s needs and wishes.
