Zagreb gets hotel 120 meters tall - Complex valued at EUR 150 million
Croatia's capital city will obtain a business and residential complex comprised of a 135-meter business tower and a hotel 120 meters tall. The complex will also include two residential buildings 95 and 74 meters tall, Tportal reports.
Construction of this complex of four skyscrapers of nearly 105,000 square meters will cost about EUR 150 million. The investor is the Savica Project company.
The complex should also feature stores, health center, kindergarten, fitness centers, restaurants...
Savica Projekt is registered in Zagreb, at the same address as the Hypo Bank headquarters in Croatia. By the way, Savica Projekt is a subsidiary of the Hiltarica Holdings company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
