Marina in Budva now owned by Americans - EUR 45 million investment announced

Budva-based marina has got a new owner - the Stratex group owned by U.S. businessman Neil Emilfarb, one of the key investors in Dukljanski Vrtovi, the residential complex of villas at Cape Zavala.

According to the media in Podgorica, the Stratex group will take over the Budva marina for about EUR 3 million, and the new owner has promised to invest additional EUR 45 million in its development.

The Stratex group is the largest American investor in Montenegro. Aside from investing in Zavala, this group has also invested in numerous projects in Kotor and Kolasin.
