Sirogojno Company to start making confectioneries by spring - Zlatibor-based company announces expansion of fruit storages
In order to prepare everything for the production of this new product, Joahim Grezemba, a German expert on the confectionery industry, will be staying in Sirogojno for the next 15 days. This cooperation is made possible thanks to the German Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade, that is, through the Senior Expert Program, the local daily reports in its latest issue.
According to Sirogojno Company's owner Rade Ljubojevic, Grezemba will help them specify exactly which product they want - chocolate, hard candy or a fruit biscuit.
Cooperation between Grezemba and Sirogojno Company will also continue upon his return to Germany, Vesti Uzice reports.
By the way, Sirogojno Company successfully ended the season during which a total of 4,500 tonnes of fruits were purchased and stored. The company plans to increase its storage capacity in Rupeljevo from current 3,500 to 5,500 tonnes.
