ProCredit Bank has opened new regional and energy efficient branch office in Nis

ProCredit bank has opened today new regional and energy efficient branch office in Nis. More than 150 representable business partners from the area of South Serbia, the Mayor of Nis, Zoran Perisic, officials from the Embassy of SR Germany, and other invites were present at the opening ceremony.
Due to modern building, materials and alternative heating, cooling and lighting system solutions, the new regional branch office of ProCredit bank based in Nis will fulfill the highest world standards in energy efficiency, energy saving and living environment preservation. In this way, the new 'green' branch office will annually spend even 30 times less energy for heating of the premises than similar objects in Serbia, as well as 9 times less cooling energy and 10 times less electricity quantity for complete outdoor and indoor lights.
-Accordingly with its dedication in responsible energy consumption and preservation of living environment, ProCredit bank had invested in the last several years more than 34 million EUR into the projects dedicated to promotion of energy efficiency and consumption of reusable energy sources in Serbia. By building our new branch office in Nis, we confirm our intention to continue supporting development of small and medium sized companies, entrepreneurs and farmers from the South of Serbia even intensively, as well as to continue promoting ecological awareness in our country. Thus, on October, 15th, ProCredit Bank will plant 50 trees in cooperation with the city for the citizens of Nis, said Svetlana Tolmaceva Dingarac, Executive Board President of ProCredit Bank.
The new branch office based in Nis will contribute to the decrease of carbon-dioxide emission with over 184 tons per year. The latest heating insulation system has been applied to the building of the branch, with triple glassed windows and argon filling and additional sun protective movable shields.
The indoors of the object have the latest LED lights, energy efficient heating and cooling system through a heating pump and modern ventilation system, while the rooftop of the building has a green cover with flowers, grass and trees, as well as solar collector for heating sanitary water.
From October, 2nd-6th, all citizens of Nis will have opportunity to enjoy the exhibition under the title 'Energy' organized within the new branch office, while all interested Belgrade citizens will be able to see the show in ProCredit Bank's central office from October, 8th-18th.
