Dukat becomes 100-percent owner of Ljubljanske Mlekarne
Dukat has announced via the Zagreb Stock Exchange that it has conducted the procedure as the main shareholder of Ljubljanske Mlekarne to transfer all the shares from minor shareholders of that Slovenian company to Dukat. In that way, this company has become a 100-percent owner of Ljubljanske Mlekarne.
According to a release published on the website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the registration of 52,113 shares of minor shareholders was carried out on September 2nd.
- In that way, Dukat has become the owner of 4,381,933 shares in Ljubljanske Mlekarne, that is, 100 percent of Ljubljanske Mlekarne's share capital - Dukat, a member of the Lactalis Group, said in a release.
Dukat acquired a majority stake (50.3 percent) in Ljubljanske Mlekarne from several Slovenian banks and funds in mid-2013. After that, Dukat made a binding offer to purchase the remaining shares of the Ljubljana-based company and acquired additional 46.23 percent of shares in the process, thus increasing its stake to a total of 96.52 percent in the second half of May.
