New business building "rises" in Belgrade's downtown, at the corner of Kralja Milana Street and Kralja Milutina Street

The construction of the modern business building of 18,500 square meters, intended for offices and business suites, with underground garage for 250 automobiles, should soon start at the corner of Kralja Milana Street and Kralja Milutina Street in Belgrade.

It depends on the investors of the construction - company "Eki properties" - whether the ideas from the paper would be realized completely.

The looks of the business complex was conceived by the team of architects – Professor Igor Marić, Božidar Manić, Vuk Marić, Jelena Janković and Slobodan Kovačević.

According to the words of architect Marić, the building is fitted into the surroundings and it does not look aggressive in the space.
