Secondary trading in Erste bonds on Belgrade Stock Exchange starts November 30th
Erste Bank's Serbian arm said it would list its maiden bond issue worth RSD 1.47bn (EUR 12.9mn) for secondary trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on November 30th. The Bank already sold 146,500 bonds on November 9th. The nominal value of these bonds, which mature on 9 November 2014, is RSD 10,000 per bond, with the fixed annual yield of 15 percent.
- We are sure that the interest will be huge, which will contribute to an increased trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange - said Slavko Caric, chairman of the Erste Bank Executive Board.
- The individual price of bonds of RSD 10,000 makes it also possible to citizens to consider making this type of investment in addition to finance institutions and other companies - Caric added.
The yield on bonds is calculated and paid quarterly. The last trading day is 4 November 2014.
