In addition to high crane, several big dredges, few dozens of shock workers and variety of building materials, the building site of the future business-apartment complex "Park apartmani" (Park Suites) and "Avenija 19" (Avenue 19) in Novi Beograd's Block 19A has recently been "decorated" by really huge pipes, through which a man could pass almost uprightly.

Toed, or better say lined up, on the pavement along the edge of that building site, the aforementioned giants aroused huge interest of the tenants from the surrounding buildings, as well as numerous kids who find running and passing through these wide pipes extremely interesting.

According to the words of the workers we found working hard on the building site, all these pipes, the manufacturer of which is famous German company "Drossbach", will lie immovably on the grass bathed in sun just few more days, since the plan is that they be laid under the ground very soon.

In this way, the part of sewerage network that passes through this part of Block 19A will be modernized. The main reason for all this is the necessity that the existing sewerage pipes on that location be replaced and relocated, because they obstruct building works, especially the foundations of the future center.

Let us remind that exclusive business-apartment complex "Park apartmani" and "Avenija 19" represents the idea of Polish building company "GTC International" (Globe Trade Centre S.A.) and, once it is finished, it will have surface of about 60,000 square meters. The main contractor is Austrian building company "Alpine", whereas the main architect and planner of the facility is Božidar Putniković from "Slavija biro". According to earlier announcements, the complex should be completed prior to the end of the year 2006.
