Agreement on business cooperation signed by Mercator-S and Faculty of Economics in Subotica

Wishing to link science and economy in Serbia, Mercator-S has signed an Agreement on long-term cooperation with the Subotica Faculty of Economics of the Novi Sad University. The agreement was inked by MA Stanka Curovic, member of the Management Board for Mercator Trade SE Europe, and Professor Dr. Nenad Vunjak, dean of the Subotica Faculty of Economics.

This agreement on business cooperation will make it possible for students of the Faculty of Economics to acquire practical knowledge in the areas of trade, services and management from the managers of Mercator-S. During their studies, these students will be enabled to take an internship at Mercator-S, and they will also be assisted in writing their research, seminar, entrance, final, diploma, master and PhD thesis papers.

This agreement, which provides the possibility of joint appearance of Mercator-S and the Faculty of Economics, represents a basis for quicker development of cooperation and networking with other expert and educational institutions, as well as for implementation of the latest scientific achievements from the country and abroad in the educational and practical segments of trade.
