Company Izopol doo in Zrenjanin up for Sale

The company IZOPOL doo is up for sale with an office space in Mileticeva Street in the production zone of Zrenjanin. In addition to that, it has a production facility, a hall in the village on Banatsko Visnjicevo, which is 30 km away from Zrenjanin.

Zrenjanin is 75 km away from Belgrade and 50 km from Novi Sad and connected with them by main roads. The plan is to build the Belgrade-Zrenjanin-Novi Sad highway, which will bring Zrenjanin closer to the biggest cities in Serbia and accelerate the transport toward them.

The basic activities of Izopol doo are:

– services of construction and installation of thermal insulation in industry and construction, as well as
– production of polyurethane products predominantly for the needs of industry, mining and energy.

Since the founding of the partnership workshop IZO-INZENJERING in 1998, whose legal successor, since 2005, is IZOPOL doo, the company has been profitable. It has no debts, nor does it have loans taken out.

For the needs of the execution of thermal insulation works, IZOPOL doo has transportation means, three vans, scaffolds, as well as sheet-metal machines and tools.

In addition to that, for insulation with polyurethane foam, IZOPOL doo has polyurethane machines, three in total, and additional equipment for the procedure of pouring in the foam, as well as the spraying procedure.

For the purposes of the making of the hot-cast polyurethane elastomers in its production space, IZOPOL doo has all the necessary production equipment for products of several dozen grams to 150 kg.

Polyurethane elastomers are produced using the procedure of polyaddition, without byproducts, so this production procedure can safely be called “eco friendly” production which doesn’t pollute the land and the water.

A considerable part of the production of IZOPOL doo is meant for export.

The area of the parcel in Zrenjanin is 1,777 m2, and the area under the facilities is 322 m2.

The parcel in Banatsko Visnjicevo has an area of 2,161 m2, and 491 m2 is under the facilities, with a production hall with a total area of over 500 m2 across two floors. The facility is located by a paved road. There is a possibility of the expansion of the parcel.
