22nd Belgrade Economic Forum on December 5-6 – Key Topics Energy, Inflation, Digitization…
The press release says that the Belgrade Economic Forum is an important and influential annual gathering for Serbia and the region, which attracts attention from a wide audience each year and which will, this year as well, gather an impressive number of speakers from high and most influential representatives of Serbia, states of the region and important representatives of the international community in the fields of politics, business, science, education, culture, medicine, as well as other fields.
The topics of this year’s Forum are the most current questions regarding Serbia and the world, such as energy, connectedness in the Balkans – key to economic growth, strategies for the financing of economic development, future of retail, inflation, energy efficiency, as well as the topic of digitization.
At the official opening of the forum, the attendees will be addressed by the first deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, Ivica Dacic. Other speakers include, among others, Goran Vesic, the minister of construction, transport and infrastructure, Dubravka Djedovic, the minister of mining and energy, Jelena Begovic, the minister of science, technological development and innovations, Rade Basta, the minister of economy, Martin Dvorak, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Czech Republic, Yannis Smyrlis, the secretary general for international economic affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, Mike Michel, the president of the Foreign Investors Council, Vladimir Djordjevic, the general manager for Southeast Europe at VISA, the vice-governor, Ana Ivkovic, Nikola Dimitrov, the former minister of foreign affairs of North Macedonia, Emanuele Giaufret, the ambassador and head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, and many others.
The 22nd Belgrade Economic Forum is being held under the patronage of the Foreign Investors Council, the Hellenic Business Association of Serbia and the Association of Business Women of Serbia.
