Post of Serbia Plans RSD 14.2 Billion for Procurement of Electrical Energy – Tender for Three-Year Contract Published

The PE Post of Serbia has published a tender seeking a supplier of electrical energy for the next three years. The estimated value of the future contract is RSD 14,215,439,482 without the VAT.

This amount is meant for the projected necessary amount of 246,380,058 kWh in the period between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2025.

– The period of the delivery of the good can be shorter than three years if the funds for said procurement of the good in line with the signed agreement in the total amount determined by the annual business program of the purchaser are spent – the technical specification emphasizes.

The Post of Serbia says in the procurement specification that the agreed unit price will be fixed and that it can only be changed upon recommendation or decision by the Government of Serbia, which would be regulated by an annex to the agreement.
