Energy and Environmental Protection Fairs in Belgrade from October 4 to 6
This year’s 17th Energy Fair will be the largest annual regional gathering of companies, institutions and professionals in the sectors of electrical energy, coal, oil and gas, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and mining, the Belgrade Fair announced.
As said, the fair will connect all the segments of the energy sector – production and exploitation, enrichment, distribution, transport, storage, or direct use of both existing and potential natural resources and energy sources, but also scientific research, smart technologies and energy savings.
Special focus will be placed on renewable energy sources, the improvement of energy efficiency and investments in energy.
It is said that the fair will be an opportunity to present and connect investors, producers of equipment, the relevant administrative institutions, financial institutions, local self-government and all other relevant and most import actors.
At the same time, the 18th Environment Fair “EcoFair” will gather various actors from the environmental protection system – institutions, equipment producers, distributors, recyclers, operators, landfills, local self-governments, utility enterprises, waste generators and the expert public.
It is dedicated to systems and mechanisms of environmental protection with special focus on circular and green economies, recycling industry, waste management, communal technologies, nature protection and natural resources protection from pollution, the announcement says.
The event focuses on the financing and management of projects in the sector of environmental protection, investment projects and waste management, waste water treatment and management, industrial safety and local legislation related to these issues.
Parallel with these events, in the same place, at the same time, the first International Communal Technologies Fair (CTF) will be held. It is a business-educational fair, which aims to connect the key actors in communal activities, producers, purchasers and the engineering staff.
The fairs are open between 10 AM and 5 PM, and an individual ticket costs RSD 400, whereas a group ticket costs RSD 250. Parking within the fairgrounds area costs RSD 150 per hour.
