East Capital bought large package of Sojaprotein's shares from Delta Maxi
East Capital investment fund and the custody account of UniCredit Bank were the buyers of a large package of shares of Becej-based Sojaprotein, which was sold on Monday at the price of RSD 880 per share by Delta Maxi market chain.
Within only one transaction, the Swedish investment fund acquired over 32,000 shares of Sojaprotein, while the custody account of UniCredit Bank increased its portfolio by 8,700 shares.
Upon this acquisition, East Capital became the fourth largest shareholder of the Becej-based company by increasing its stake to 1.57%. On the other hand, Delta's market chain Maxi has completely eliminated its investment position, which can be brought in connection with settling of accounts before the announced sale of this market chain, scheduled for early 2011.
