The construction of business center "Subotica", business-hotel facility of 30,000 square meters, should start this Spring in the very center of the city. Investor is German company Phiwa, the Project was elaborated by architect Branka Segediš from "Suport", whereas construction works will be carried out by "Panongrad". The deadline for completion of works is 2 years.

Business Center "Subotica" is the facility of 30,000 square meters, with 2 underground garages of 9,000 square meters with 215 parking places, four-star hotel of 8,000 square meters and 182 beds, whereas "remainder" of 13,000 square meters is office space intended for rent.
