Momirovic: Port of Antwerp Interested in Construction of New Port in Belgrade
During a visit to the Port of Antwerp, Momirovic said that the new Port of Belgrade is one the most important projects which is being prepared by the competent ministry and the government. This project has the potential to become the most significant port project on the Danube.
Managing Director of the Port of Antwerp Kristof Waterschoot informed Minister Momirovic about the company’s business results and expressed its interest in taking part in the realization of the project of construction of the new Port of Belgrade.
The final solution for the location of the new Belgrade port is currently being examined and the beginning of works is expected in late 2023.
