Belgrade Company FCG Announces Takeover of Luka Leget
FCG has 0.25% of the shares, and it acts jointly with Aleksandar Skundric, who has 86.69% of the shares of Luka Leget.
The intention, it is said, is to take over 23,705 shares of Luka Leget, that is, the remaining 13.06% of the shares.
The shares which are the subject of the takeover are owned by 216 shareholders, and, in addition to Skundric and FCG, among the biggest shareholders, observed by the number of shares, are several natural persons and banking custody accounts.
