Tender for Procurement and Implementation of e-Notary Platform Published

The PE Post of Serbia has published the tender for the development and implementation of the e-notary platform. The subject of the procurement procedure is the establishment of an information system for a safe archiving of the public notary documentation.

The best bidder will have the obligation to deliver 2 devices for data storage, 4 servers for the purposes of the implementation of the e-notary platform, cloud software licenses, as well as the obligation for the development and implementation of the e-notary platform and the Web iOS and Android apps for the platform.

The value of the job is RSD 173.8 million.

The tender expires on January 13.

As recently stated by the acting director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Djordjevic, e-notary will encompass the digitalization and centralization of the public notary documentation in the first phase, whereas, in the next phases, it will also enable the use of archived documents for the purposes of judicial organs, state organs, the economy and the citizens.


As Beta reports, the project is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Public Notary Chamber of Serbia.
