Michelin Guide to Belgrade Launched – Which Restaurants Earned a Recommendation?

The Michelin Guide to Belgrade has been launched! This inaugural selection brings together 14 restaurants and includes everything from a restaurant in a shopping center to one in a former customs house. Unfortunately, no restaurant got a Michelin star, and the following restaurants are recommended by the strict Michelin inspectors: Comunale Cafè e Cucina, Ebisu, Enso, Gušti mora, Homa, JaM, Langouste, Legat 1903, Magellan, Mezestoran Dvorište, Salon 1905 and The Square.

The restaurant Iva New Balkan Cuisine was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand acknowledgment for restaurants with a great ratio of price and quality. The restaurant Bela Reka is highlighted for its commitment to sustainability, according to the announcement.

Bela Reka, as said, is acknowledged for its aim “to promote local farmers and producers, and to preserve the identity of traditional Serbian cuisine”.
