Vesic: Property Tax for 2022 Not to Increase in Belgrade
– Regardless of the fact that the average price of a square meter has increased and that the tax should follow the price increase, by the decision which we will adopt at the upcoming session of the City Assembly, we will proscribe for the 2022 tax not to increase, so no one will pay even a dinar more than they paid this year – Vesic told Tanjug.
As he added, in some parts of the city, the tax will be even lower, where the price of a square meter is lower as well.
