A session of the City Assembly of Belgrade is scheduled for Monday, November 29, and, according to the deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, the most important decision pertains to the property tax for 2022, which will be the same as this year’s.

– Regardless of the fact that the average price of a square meter has increased and that the tax should follow the price increase, by the decision which we will adopt at the upcoming session of the City Assembly, we will proscribe for the 2022 tax not to increase, so no one will pay even a dinar more than they paid this year – Vesic told Tanjug.

As he added, in some parts of the city, the tax will be even lower, where the price of a square meter is lower as well.
