Finalists of Serbian Association of Managers Awards for Best Leaders and Companies Known

The expert jury of the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM) has chosen the finalists in the four categories for this year’s acknowledgments to the best leaders of the 21st century, which will be awarded on December 14 at the traditional ceremony SAM GALA 2021, the organizers announced.

In the SAM Manager of the Year, the nominees are the chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Generali Osiguranje Srbija – Dragan Filipovic, the head for SEE at Merck Group – Ina Bulat, the chairman of the Executive Board and director of OTP Bank Serbia – Predrag Mihajlovic, and the director of Vega IT – Sasa Popovic.

In the category of Young Managers of the Year, up to 35 years of age, the nominees are the director of F&B, Delta Agrar – Igor Milenkovic, Country Manager Serbia, WV International – Neda Lazendic, and the director and co-founder of Joberty – Nikola Mijailovic.

In the Employer of the Year category, the finalists are the companies Delta Holding, ManpowerGroup Srbija, MK Group and Vega IT.

Large and medium companies nominated in the Socially Responsible Company of the Year category are MK Group, Nestle Srbija and Schneider Electric.

The voting begins on Monday, November 29, the organizers say and add that SAM members have the right to vote.

– At the prestigious Year Award, SAM presents the managers, employers, individuals and initiatives that demonstrate leadership through their behavior, exceptionality, activity and corporate responsibility and deserve to be highlighted as a good example in the society – the press release says.

The association points out that the award promotes the inciting of creativity and leadership in management and various spheres of social and business life.
