Beohemija Buys Hipol from Odzaci for RSD 1.26 Billion

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has announced that Beohemija Belgrade has bought the chemical company Hipol from Odzaci in bankruptcy at the initial price of RSD 1.26 billion.

According to the announcement, the most important property of Hipol is the factory complex, and the company was sold as a legal entity.

Hipol was privatized in 2006, but the privatization agreement was terminated only four years later. The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in 2016.
