Balkan Business Forum on November 18 in Belgrade: NEW Language of Leadership – NEW Future Proof Strategies

The Balkan Business Forum will be held for the fifth time on November 18, 2021, at Kombank Dvorana in Belgrade.

The Balkan Business Forum is a unique event which gathers the most prominent world business experts as speakers. It is dedicated to the development of leaders and managers, new strategies and processes of development of organizations.

Throughout the years, a strong community of the most successful companies and business people, new generation leaders, owners and experts from various fields of business form the Balkans, but also from Germany, UK and Denmark, has gathered around the Balkan Business Forum.

The participants in the Balkan Business Forum will be able, within the conference, to directly get answers to many questions and exchange experiences with the leading world experts. The speakers which have visited the Forum so far include Brian Tracy, Dr Marshall Goldsmith, Dr Gennady Polonsky, Dr Graziano Dominici, Herminia Ibarra, R. The topic of this year’s forum – “NEW Language of Leadership – NEW Future Proof Strategies” is carefully chosen so as to respond to the most urgent business challenges of today – how to lead people and how to manage uncertainty. World-renowned experts Daniela Landherr, Alexander Larsen and Dr Isaac Sheps, who are recognized as the best in their fields for a reason, based on their experience, will discuss this topic.

Daniela Landherr is Head of Talent Engagement and Outreach strategies at GOOGLE in EMEA, an expert on organizational culture transformation and digital change in complex organizations, with years of experience in running GOOGLE in Europe. In order to initiate change and innovation and develop the next generation of LEADERS, Daniela will deliver a workshop "NEW LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP - How Inclusive Leadership Drives Cultural Transformation", at BBForum 2021, presenting tools and processes for the development of the new generation of LEADERS, their employees, teams and organizations.

Alexander Larsen is the President of Baldwin Global Risk Services and is recognized and acknowledged as an authority in risk management by any professional organization in the field. He is the chair of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Energy Special Interest Group; Risk Manager of the Year for Middle East & Africa, 2017; winner of an award for the best Risk Management Communication plan on behalf of LUKOIL. He collaborated with the Board of one of the largest organizations in the world, SAUDI ARAMCO, on the development of the Risk Management Department. He is an adviser to numerous Boards of national and multinational corporations in various industries in setting the Risk Management Strategy.

Alexander will stimulate the debate on the latest trends in risk management with his interactive workshop “Risk Management Strategy - Improving Resilience, Competitive Advantage and Business Success".

Dr Isaac Sheps, Chair of the Standard Institute Central Committee for MSS in Israel, will hold a lecture with the topic of “Leadership from Theory to Practice”. Dr Isaac Sheps is an expert in quality standards and he took part in the creation of the ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 standards. He is the Senior Executive Advisor to the CEO and the Executive Committee of Carlsberg Group. He is a carrier of the Medal of Honor of the Kingdom of Denmark, for his extraordinary contribution to the promotion of Danish products abroad. He is a co-author of the book “The Journey: Achieving Sustained Organizational Success”, a practical guide for achieving continuous business success in organizations, published by ASQ Quality Press.
