Land and Quarries of Sabac Company Inter-kop up for Sale – Initial Price Half of Estimated Value

The bankruptcy supervisor has advertised the sale of the property of Inter-kop d.o.o. Sabac in bankruptcy.

The activities of this company in bankruptcy, among others, are construction, civil engineering and the production of limestone.

Through public bidding, two lots are being sold. They encompass land and facilities in Misar and Majur near Sabac and Kovilj near Novi Sad, as well as quarries in Divcibare and near Sabac.

The total estimated value of both lots is around RSD 680 million, and the initial price is around RSD 340 million.

The public bidding is scheduled for November 25.
