Russia Increases Gas Deliveries to Europe to the Highest Level Possible

Russia has increased gas deliveries to Europe to the highest level possible, in line with the existing contracts, the Kremlin PR, Dmitry Peskov, stated today.

– It’s safe to say that Russia is meeting all its obligations under the contract, which means that the quantities of the deliveries have been raised to the highest level possible according to the agreements and contracts – he said at the press briefing, the TASS agency reports.

He added that “the questions regarding the technical details” should be sent to Gazprom.

When asked if there have been any gas deliveries not covered by the contracts, Peskov answered that “nothing can be delivered outside the contract”.
