Construction of New Industrial Complex for Production of Car Parts and Equipment Planned at Novi Sad Business Zone “North” on 14 Hectares
The City of Novi Sad has put the urban plan of this project up for a public view, and the documentation shows that it will spread on a total area of 14.22 hectares.
The parcel where the production facilities are to be built is located between the A1 state road (E-75) and the future planned fast route which will pass through the business zone. This space was chosen for the realization of the investment due to the good traffic connections and the proximity of the state road. The entire stretch covers an area of 65.71 hectares, and the construction of the car part and equipment factory creates room for new investments.
The land is not equipped with infrastructure, and the problem is expected to be fully solved through the construction of the necessary energy infrastructure, a system for the drainage of waste water and rainwater and a traffic network which would enable a better access to the state road.
The industrial complex itself is organized so as to feature, in its center, the production facility with an elevated ground floor, which will be built on an area of 2.73 hectares.
The urban project was prepared by the PE Urbanizam from Novi Sad, and the published documentation does not state who the investor in the future industrial complex is, so it is not known whether it is a local or a foreign investor.
