Unsuccessful Privatization of Krusik Plastika AD Osecina – Nobody Interested in Purchasing Company Evaluated at EUR 5 Million
According to the explanation of the decision, on June 21, 2021, the sale of 764,294 shares, that is, 97.71% of the capital of Krusik Plastika, owned by the Republic of Serbia, the Register of Shares and Stocks, the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund and Akcionarski Fond AD Beograd, was advertised.
The initial price exceeded EUR 5 million, and the deadline for the submission of bids was August 16.
On August 17, the committee for the procedure of the public collection of bids held a session where it was unanimously determined that no bid had been sent within the deadline, whereby the sales procedure was pronounced unsuccessful, says the announcement of the Ministry of Economy.
