Clinical Center of Serbia to Get Three Garages with 1,889 Spaces and Heliport – Concessionaire Sought for Project Worth EUR 28.4 Million
As the founder of the Clinical Center of Serbia, the Ministry of Health invites all interested local and foreign legal and natural persons to take part in the process of the awarding of the concession, which will be given for a period of up to 35 years.
The estimated value of the project is RSD 3.33 billion, that is, around EUR 28.4 million.
The first garage, “Resavska”, which eKapija has written about before, is planned to be located between the “Laza Lazarevic” Clinic , Surgical Clinics I and II and the polyclinic with an inpatient clinic and an operating unit. The preliminary design for this facility has been prepared.
The deadline for the construction of the “Resavska” garage, according to the tender, is six months from the date the conditions for the constructions are met.
The second garage, under the working title of “Centralna – Helidrom” (“Central – Heliport”), is planned on 9,000 m2, in the location of the current parking lot in front of the neurosurgery clinic, in the location of the current non-conditional heliport. A hospital heliport will be built on the roof of this garage.
Finally, the third garage, “Deligradska”, is to be built on the intersection of Deligradska and Dr Kosta Todorovic streets, on around 25,000 m2, on the green area which is mostly used for parking even now.
Bids may be submitted by September 28.
