The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia has advertised the contest procedure for the updating of the technical and tendering documentation and preparation of the environmental impact assessment study for the dredging of the sunk WW2 German fleet from the Danube near Prahovo.

The estimated value of the job is RSD 24.17 million.

Minister Tomislav Momirovic recently announced that the demanding job of the dredging of the fleet, which is blocking the water traffic on this section of the Danube, would start in March or April 2022.

Let us remind that, in May 2020, the ministry, following an international tender, signed the agreement on locating and inspecting the explosive devices on the sunk German ships with the consortium of Serbian, German and Austrian companies, led by Millennium Team and Mull und Partner.
