Serbia and Denmark signed agreement development cooperation - 5 million euros for agricultural development in Southern Serbia
As part of the programme envisaged by the Agreement, Denmark will donate €5 million for agricultural development in Southern Serbia, i.e. for the Jablanica, Nisava, Pcinj and Toplica districts.
The Danish government is under an obligation to secure financial assistance to the Serbian government, as well as material resources and technical assistance in the form of training staff. It will also make scholarships available to students who want to study in Denmark or other countries.
The Agreement is signed for an operational period of the following five years and will be automatically extended for five-year periods. It is a base for all future agreements concerning development cooperation between Serbia and Denmark.
