Equipping of Business Zone for Facilities, Warehouses, Hotels and Other Buildings Planned in Batasevo Near Mladenovac
The plan covers a part of the territory of the Batasevo settlement in the urban municipality of Mladenovac, on an area of 3.67 ha, in the block between Kosmajska Street, Kajmakcalanska Street, the Belgrade-Nis railway and the Batasevo Stream.
Two units are planned on the area covered by the plan: an industrial and production zone of service activities and another zone for utility and infrastructure facilities.
An area of 2.34 ha is planned for the industry, production crafts, construction, small economy facilities, as well as warehouses, storage sites and services like hotels.
The remaining part will be meant for utility and infrastructure facilities, among which are a driver training ground, substations and base stations, as well as a livestock market, for which a parcel was planned before, but was not adapted to the purpose.
A new access zone to the street is planned as well, and the forming of a 5-m green belt toward the Batasevo Stream is mandatory.
Within the business zone, the plan is to reconstruct and build a new water supply network, to expand the gas network by building a connection gas pipeline, to build TC infrastructure, new substations for the needs of industrial and production-service facilities, as well as a sanitary sewer system pipeline along the new traffic route.
