Construction of Tirsova 2 Planned for September – Tender for Preparation of Construction Site and Raising of Load-bearing Structures of Foundation Pit Opens
According to the tender, the execution of the preparatory works on the establishment of the construction site entails the preparation of the location and the organization of the construction site, the construction of the access road and the construction of the load-bearing structures for the securing of the foundation pit.
The works are expected to begin in September 2021 and be finished by April 2022.
Bids may be submitted by July 7, and the criterion is the lowest price offered.

According to the announcements, the construction of Tirsova 2, on 6,000 m2, which will cost around EUR 100 million together with the procurement of the equipment, should begin in the summer.
A half of the sum, EUR 54 million, will be financed with the proceeds from the loan of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB). The ad reminds that the loan agreement between Serbia and CEB was signed in November 2019 in Paris.
