Belgrade to Prepare Digital Cadaster-Topographic Maps for 12 Municipalities – Tender for Professional Supervision Worth RSD 56.6 Million Opens

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has opened a tender for the technical control of the geodetic maps for the purposes of the preparation of the General Regulation Plan of the construction area of the City of Belgrade (units 1-19).

Said area covers the territories of the entire municipalities of Stari Grad, Vracar, Savski Venac, New Belgrade, Cukarica, and Rakovica and parts of the municipalities of Zemun, Palilula, Zvezdara, Vozdovac, Surcin and Grocka, with a total area of 51,776 hectares.

As explained in the tendering documentation, for the purposes of the amendment to the General Regulation Plan of the City of Belgrade, units 1-19, the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has launched the project of the preparation of digital cadaster-topographic maps for the entire territory covered by the GRP of Belgrade, with the aim of successively providing quality, up-to-date digital cadaster-topographic maps with a scale of 1:1000 over the next two years.

The subject of the tender is the procurement of technical control for the purpose of professional supervision over the works pertaining to the preparation of the digital cadaster-topographic maps for the parts of the territory of Belgrade covered by the GRP, and the aim is to secure the examination of all the submitted digital cadaster-topographic maps with a scale of 1:1000 in the next three years.
