Delta Planet Shopping Mall Opens in Nis
The mall features stores of the leading fashion brands, a large number of restaurants and cafes, book stores, home decoration stores, and a state-of-the-art movie theater with five halls is a special attraction.
The investment in Delta Planet is worth EUR 70 million and is part of the big investment plan of Delta Holding, which includes the construction of the business seat of Delta House (which is to open this summer), the renovation of Sava Centar (which is to begin in the autumn) and other large real estate projects.
– We are opening a shopping mall which has a regional importance for citizens, the economy of Nis and its area. The capacity of Delta Planet is such that it will attract guests from the entire south and east Serbia, and we believe that there will be guests from the neighboring Bulgaria as well. With the creation of 1,100 new jobs, it is one of Delta’s projects that influence the wider community and contribute to the development and the change of the look of the cities we operate in – says Angelina Nekic, the CEO of Delta Real Estate Group.
