Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the agreement on the construction of an additional 107 kilometers from Pozega to Boljare was to be signed in May.

Following a conversation with representatives of the Chinese company CCCC, Vucic announced that the highway from Preljina to Pozega would be completed in January or February 2022 at the latest and that the agreement with the Chinese company on the continuation of the construction of the highway from Preljina to Boljare, on the Montenegrin border, would be signed as soon as May.

According to him, when the whole highway is finished, “a trip from Belgrade to Montenegro will take only two hours and 15 minutes, which will be especially important for residents of Arilje, Ivanjica, Sjenica, Novi Pazar and all the surrounding places, but also for citizens of Montenegro”.
