Foreign Company Interested in Purchasing Parking Servis in Jagodina

The PE Parking Servis in Jagodina, with 4,500 m2, for 140 vehicles in a two-tier garage and a sales space of 900 m2, is to be sold, and the purchaser is a foreign company and has an interest in the further extension and development of this activity and investment in the city.

The company Mayera from Gornji Milanovac, which has a 61.07% stake in Parking Servis, found this purchaser and asked the City of Jagodina, which holds 38.93%, for approval, “whereby a sale would be made possible, because the potential purchaser is seeking approval from the City of Jagodina”, the City Administration told Tanjug.

The MPs of the City Assembly gave their approval, which says that Mayera “may start the procedure of the sale of its stake in Parking Servis in line with the regulations”.

– After choosing the purchaser, Mayera is obliged to submit all the data about it, so that the city would give final approval of the sale of the stake – the explanation says.

The PE Parking Servis in Jagodina opened in July 2007. The entrance is from the central street, and the city decided to build it in order to address the problem of parking in the city, which nearly all cities in Serbia have.
