Hotel Grand on Cetinje up for Sale – Facility with Three Stars has 180 Rooms and Apartments, Indoor Pool, Congress Hall…
During the summer season, the hotel is closed, and it takes up 20,000 m2. The three-star hotel has 172 two-bed rooms and eight apartments with a total of 406 beds, and, according to the hotel’s website, most rooms have been fully renovated recently.
The hotel also has two dining restaurants, a national restaurant, a pastry shop, an aperitif bar, a beer room, a night bar, a gallery, a library, a reading room, a pool hall, its own garage and a parking lot. Within the hotel, there’s also a universal congress hall with another couple of conference halls, equipped with modern audio-visual equipment.
Furthermore, Hotel Grand has an indoor pool, a sauna and an automated bowling alley. The parks which surround the hotel feature a tennis court, a trim track and a recreational walking lane. As said, the town’s historical core is also close by.
Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements. Bids may be submitted by March 19, 2021. The public call does not cite the price at which the property is being sold; instead, the criterion is the highest offered price.
As the state has the right of first refusal, the company Izbor will send it an offer with the best offered price. If the state decides not to purchase the hotel, it will be sold to the best bidder. As said, the final decision on the sale of the hotel is to be made by the GM.
