Construction of New Business Center Begins in New Belgrade – GTC X, Future Center for Innovative Companies

GTC Group, one of the leading investors in the field of commercial real estate in central, eastern and southern Europe, has commenced works on the construction of another top-quality business facility in Milutina Milankovica Blvd in New Belgrade. It will be characterized by specific architecture, authored by the Austrian studio Atelier Thomas Pucher, which also designed the GTC Green Heart complex.

Milutina Milankovica Blvd is a very popular location for investors, which now has 200,000 m2 of A-class office space. The business neighborhood, which is increasingly recognized as the Serbian Silicon Valley and is the business home to world-renowned companies, such as Nordeus, Nutanix, Endava, H Tech, TomTom and NCR, will be joined by another building of the highest quality, as an innovative center from which ideas and projects are sent to the world.

GTC X is a top-quality office facility of 17,000 m2, designed from the ground floor up to the eighth floor to meet the highest standards of modern business.
